I need a pcm swap shipped to Canada but the website doesn’t allow that. Who do I contact to get that sorted?

Nothing can be done. I’d have to send my pcm in. And as it’s my daily that won’t work.

Yes. It took me three tries to find someone who could help. But when you call between the business hrs in Florida ask for a mastertech. They have to input the information manually and they are the only ones able to do it. From what I was told.
