Can Trinity T2 read E85 content with EAS

Is there a EAS add on for Trinity to read E85? I dont mind adding a AEM gauge with a 5 volt output just not sure what is available.
I seen the universal EAS thing but cant find instructions on set up.

If you can find a ethanol sensor that puts out 0-5V, yes you can use that with the EAS analog input kit and scale it per the sensors data.
