Tune interaction with drive modes

I'm running the Diablosport and performance trans tunes on my 19 ScatPack. How do the tunes interact with the drive modes? Is there a certain mode I need to run it in? Does the drive mode settings override the trans tune?

the tunes apply in all modes. Doesn't matter where you set it, the tune is doing something to make it better/different ideally.
