Changing tune after 87 tune has been loaded

I loaded the 87 tune on my truck the other day and now want to disable the mds. Do I need to return my truck back to stock and load the tune again to disable the mds? Also, if I wanted to change to the 87 economy tune, do I need to return the truck to stock and then upload it?

you can just go to the modify tune menu and set MDS to off then apply it, that will always modify the last tune you selected.
If you wish to change to a different tune, just load it up, no need to go back to stock first.
