Freezes whenever I click wifi setup

Whenever I click on WiFi setup to update device which I just got. It freezes and doesn’t load anything

have you tried updating it on a pc, that should resolve it.

Yea I have, it also didn’t work, still froze and whenever I plugged it into the computer a “update” folder didn’t pop up

once updated on the update agent software, this should be resolved. If not, please inform our team at 954-588-4251
