Diablo tuner has disabled my truck

2013 f150 ecoboost. 2nd time this has happened . Plug in tuner . This time I was just going to use it to clear check engine light after doing spark plugs.
It starts to write tune right away . Backup.
When it's done every light and warning on dash light up and go crazy. Truck won't start. Turn the key and just hear a click .
Last time it did thus it was a new computer from dealer . Help !! Can I get it back working with tech support and the tuner ?? Or ??
