2014 ram 1500 PCM update failed

Hi I have a 2014 ram 1500 express and when I try to open the tunes it tells me that a error has occurred yet I can use everything else This is my first experience with a Diablo tuner and so far it’s frustrating it tells me “An error occurred while installing Calibration
Update” then I click continue and it tells me “An error has occurred!
Failed to restore the vehicle's factory data.
Press CONTINUE to reset the device.” So i press continue and it try’s rebooting but then it tells me “An error has occurred!
A timeout occurred while waiting for an
operation to complete.
Press CONTINUE to reset the device.” Then i press continue and it actually restarts and when the screen opens back up it tells me “Your vehicle had an error during the last
tuning attempt. Press YES to restore your
oriqinal factory data or NO to return to the
Main Menu.” And i have tried pressing yes but then it repeats it again but when I press no it just backs out of the tune page. Please I need help
