White screen only on I2

White screen only on I2

I just got a used in tune i2 and booted up and worked fine but when I went to go update, it now just shows a white screen if I plug into anything. I’ve tried updating again but nothing. Anyone have a solution or suggestions?
also cannot finish update on i2 because of white screen.
