My 2013 300C not supported...

This car has previously been tuned using my i3. I have not made any changes in a couple years, and now it tells me unsupported. Ive been through the entire calibration update thing, and have done multiple device updates on the i3 since. Now, when it tries to connect to the car, it just gives me the "unsupported" message (not the calibration message) and tells me it needs an update...

Its completely updated and still no go. Below is the info.xml, minus the blob of data in "reg". The VIN in last connected, and licensed are correct.

This car was in a chrysler body shop for a rear end collision, but they tell me on the phone that they did NOT reflash the car. Is there any way to tell if they did, and what might I try to get this thing working again?

Additional:

I have continued to try to get it to work... i tethered it to my phone so I can update it while it is connected to the car. The first time I hit "continue" ("Not supported ... tap continue to check for updates over wifi"), it found an update. After the 3 files updated, still no good.

I tried again, hit continue, and No updates found.

I tried again, and it found updates again, but same story. Vehicle unsupported.

Out of a total of 6 tries to "Tune", it found updates twice, but neither fixed it.

my guess is its not talking to the car at all.
go to the vehicle info menu and see if it can display the VIN in real time.

Did you ever resolve this? I have the EXACT same issue, with my 2013 300S. Worked perfect for almost a year, then I ran updates on the Diablo a few days ago, and now it claims vehicle not supported. Ive ran update checks over and over and over, over wifi and plugged into my computer, and still does not work.

See attached for my XML. It does show my correct VIN, and correctly lists the last tune I applied as well

my best guess is there was a communication error
try again, start with the ignition in RUN and plug in and try tuning it again.

Tried many many many times in the last 3 or 4 days, sadly same thing every time.. Tried plugging in while car is off then switching to Run when prompted, tried plugging in while already in run, just for hoots tried plugging in while car was running, etc, with no luck. I can try again-again in an hour or so but I am not hopeful ha.

Edit: Tried again, and again, and again to be extra safe. Same error, says vehicle is incompatible. I touched the Question Mark icon on the top left and clicked "Vehicle Info," and it pulled in my VIN and IDs and everything no problem, so it doesnt seem to be a communication error. Is there a way to roll back the update? Everything was fine till I installed the newest update.
