Having a problem

ok i have a dodge charger 07 and im was tryin to view my real time data to see how my car is when i drive and i got a error code saying log setup failed can some one help me ?

With data logging, try starting the car before you plug in the Predator. Perhaps there is a power flutter while the engine is cranking? Let us know if that helps.

I like that alias, anyway I get the same error so to speak. It happens when I setup the data log and because it will ony log data for about 7-9 minutes depending on the amount of parameters you log. I do this prior to starting the car with it plugged in and then after I have it setup I start the car and begin driving, because I have a certin area that I like to get to before I start the log, this when I select record and watch,but after a few seconds I get the log failed to initialize so I just scroll back through the setup menu and parameters and select watch and record again and it starts logging the data and parameters that I selected before I started the car.

This happens everytime I use the data logger so I assume that it's ops normal!!!

Remember that you will get the failed error msg but just run through the menu and select watch and record again without restarting the car and I believe that will do it for you.
