update on U7170?

How do I get the update for the 7170 when you get it done? I bought it Wed. and it didn't work (enabled the Theft sys.) Loged on Thurs and found out about this prob and it was posted that you are working out the bug?

You'll be able to download the update from the U7170 downloads page and follow the revision update instructions to update it.

so will my dealer have the interface cable? I didn't purchace one with my new unit. Or will you cover that?

You can get the U7778 from our dealer, or get the cables from any computer supply store.
