intune i3-8345 back up restore?

i just got my new tuner for my 2012 dodge charger srt8 and i followed the update procedure it says its up to date. i went down tossed it on the car looking for my backup and restore but i cant select it its grayed out as you would say. so are the custom tunes section but i havent really even made it to that point really yet . can anyone explain why im unable to select the backup restore button?

it has not saved a copy of the stock backup tunes yet because you have not selected/installed one of the preset canned tunes from the inTune... You have to select and install one of the preset diablosport tunes from the inTune into the car... And then the first thing the inTune will do is it will save a copy of your original backup stock tune in itself, and then it will install the preset tune you selected. ----- And then if you were to hook up to the car again, then you would have the Restore option available to be able to restore the original backup stock tune to the car.

And you won't have a custom tune option available unless you buy a custom tune from a Dodge CMR custom tuner and import a custom tune into the inTune... and then the Custom Tune button/icon would be active for you to select it to install the custom tune you purchased/imported...
