Throttle booster disabled

For some reason the throttle boost option on my InTune 3 pops up when I click on it but doesn't allow me to increase the percentage from zero. I've updated the tuner multiple times and I've used the arrow keys or buttons on the screen and I've also tried to move the slider over, neither has worked I'm including a picture of what the screen looks like. I had the InTune too and it worked fine decided to upgrade to the three which wasn't much of an upgrade but no longer works I drive a 2009 Chrysler 300 V6 3.5 l 4 speed automatic rear wheel drive
