i3 Platinum Paypal/credit card problem in update agent

Hello together,

I am really frustrated... I bought an i3 Platinum from a garage liquidation (300€...). Supposedly it hasn't been used yet, but it turns out it's already paired.
Now I had problems to get the software update agent to run, but it works now and it suggests me to buy another license.
Since I'm from Bavaria (Germany), I guess the purchase via credit card doesn't work, here comes an error "declined by fraud service".
If I want to make the purchase via Paypal, script errors come in the software (3x after entering the mail address, 3x after entering the password) and then the screen freezes.

I have now bought a paired tuner for way too much money and I can't even buy another license....
I tried this on both my laptop (Windows 7) and desktop (Windows 10).

Can you help me here please?

In addition to the above problem, would be interesting to know if my 2014 RAM with 8 speed transmission is good to tune at all. Have read a lot of problems with the 2014 with 8-speed and found on YouTube...
Is the VIN needed for this?

I'll ask our team to look into the paypal issue, that is new. If needed, you can call in and have the license applied over the phone for $149 at 561-908-0040

thanks for your reply!
Really bad, have a paired tuner and don't know which car they tubes in 2019.
Would also be great to get the tuner reset and get the Ford license also working (even if I have a RAM). Sent this also by mail to tech support.

But what do you need to check the question from my second post?
Is my 2014 RAM 1500 5.7 with 8 speed transmission tunable?

So, today I unfortunately had no luck, I did not get through the queue.... Is it possible to get a call back or order by mail/PN here?
The "Update Agent" does not work on my computer at work either, same problem as in the first post...

for the 14 ram, I need to see the info.xml file from the i3 drive after it has been connected to the ram.

Giving us a call would be best for the payment issue as I dont have an ETA for when it will be fixed just yet.

Bought an additional license by phone - thanks!
So is the error with Paypal payment fixed? Good to know if further licenses are needed.
