Adjusting shift points with diablo trinity 2tuner

Post by Tripp300 »

Can you adjust shift points to a lower rpm with the diablo sport Trinity 2 tuner? I've recently had my exhaust intake done( resonator delete,x pipe,Flowmaster super 10, and a CAI).but now it seems my 300s5.7 wants to hit rev limiter. I want to find out before installing the first tune with this tuner or how to do so when I install the 91 tune?

what year is this vehicle?
Ideally the answer is no though....
the right answer is probably to bump the rev limiter a bit, which can be done with the tuner.

Thanks for the help! It's a 2013 Chrysler 300s 5.7. Whenever I get to the shift point at about 6000rpm it wants to kinda spuder. You think it's the rev limiter?

most likely yes. No shift point adjustment there without custom tuning, id bump the rev limit in D by 250 rpm or so and see if that resolves it.
If so, trans is getting tired :(

Ii appreciate it! I got in the car plugged up the tuner it loaded and said I needed to update it. I have already updated it about 2 weeks ago with update.1.0 . Does it need to be updated twice or is there another update?Sorry for so many questions. Just don't want to screw up! :drivingbad:
