08 Charger 3.5L throttle plate position

After doing some data logging, I noticed the throttle plate never goes past (roughly) 76%.... throttle position, 100% but throttle plate position never exceeds 76%.

Is this normal, an obstruction or software issue?

Normal. It's effectively wide open. LOTS of investigation done on this one. Nothing to do with the tunes.

Thanks. Kinda wish it was only opening at 76%...... that I could maybe fix.

My throttle position goes to 128%. Stupid car doesn't have any clue what its doing. :roll:
