Trinity 2 ex can’t adjust throttle booster past -1

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi with the Diablo sport pcm and Trinity 2 ex tuner. I am trying to boost my throttle response but under throttle booster it is set at -1 and won’t adjust. How can I change these settings?

have you tried updating the device?
If not, please return to stock, update then check it again.
