Truck won’t start after attempting to tune

2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L
I had just gotten the T2 shipped in today. It refuses to connect to WiFi but I attempted to install a tune and the device disconnected after an accidental bump.

It doesn’t recognize the vehicle in run mode and the truck won’t even attempt to start. Can I please get some help here, I can’t afford to be off the road over the weekend.

Disregard. Was able to restore factory settings after a few attempts

good to hear. if you had issues, there could be an electronics or other issue on the vehicle.
