2014 ram 1500 I3 Tuner won’t allow me to most parameters

Just updated my tuner and i cannot modify the parameters. when i got the tuner i plugged it in just to look at all of the options i can modify. updated it and all of it went away now i only have the “tire size” and “traction control” options to modify. I called and i was told to update because the last time i updated was when i got it. I did that and still cannot modify any parameters except those two. Where should i go from here ?

please let the tech team know its an issue and they'll get it reported properly.

Had same problem, I fixed it by connecting to a WiFi hotspot during the tuner is connected to the car.
Then I updated it and after that I had access to all settings.

I'm experiencing the same issue on my 2014 Ram as well, except I can only adjust "tire size" and turn on/off the "speed limiter" Other than adding the E87 easy tune, I just want to turn off the MDS.

are you using 'easy tune'?
If so, skip that, use advanced and you'll get all the parameters including MDS.
