are you saying it updates, but then loads the same updates again?
If so, its good to go and up to date, and may just be delivering the same files for some reason.

Have you tried using it in the vehicle?

Would help if they knew the year, model, engine of the vehicle you're trying to use it on....

i thought diablo would help. no reply? wow. see you guys. diablo doesnt care either.

this could have been a great way to provide good customer servcie and try to help etc. instead we get junk.

In my initial reply, I indicated that if its loading the same thing over and over, you are upto date and good to go.

Next question was, have you tried using it in the vehicle?

I dont think there is any issue here other than the updater not realizing the device is current, but at this point there is no reason not to move forward and tune the vehicle.
