I have a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 flex fuel
is there a tune e85 for Diablo i1000 I purchase from ya'll a while back
right i'am running the 87 tune

No, but you can still run E85 with the provided 93 tune. it will run better than stock with E85 due to the TM and other changes in the tune.

I can't seem to be able to update my i1000 I bought used and it keeps saying I have to register device before it can update, plz help

load this to the intune drive and let it import it then try updating.
