Unsupported file calibration not found please contact customer support. Is the error I get every time I try to update Trinity 2 for months since I’ve had it.

Can I handle this through an email? I am at work during the calling hours at Diablo sports. I’m willing to take time at work to handle this issue if need be tho. Would rather email.

My trinity 2 has been freezing while “gathering Information “ for a tune. Really frustrating and I can’t update . I always get this same message.

Now it tell me no vehicle control modules detected when I try to enter tuning menu.
