I just received my predator 2 tuner for my 2005 Chrysler 300c SRT8. During my first attempt at installing tune on vehicle the tuner said it needed to be updated.
I went through the whole update process without any hiccups until file 5/7 was updating onto tuner and the screen advised me my vehicle wasn't supported. I hit 'ok' to continue, the update completed and confirmed it was successful. I figured I would plug it into the vehicle to see if the tune would take, hoping the 'vehicle unsupported' message was just an error. The tuner once again told me to update, so I plugged the tuner back into my PC and attempted to update the tuner again. The tuner let me know it had already successfully updated so here I am lol. I'm fairly certain the vehicle is supported as I know other 2005 Chrysler 300 owners who have DiabloSport tuners on their cars.
Any and all help is appreciated. Let me know what you need from me.

there is likely a specific calibration in your pcm that we haven't seen previously, and need to add support for. Please give our team a call to let them know and they'll get it handled within 72 hours.

I called in and spoke to a customer service rep. I was asked for my tuners serial number and vehicle information then put on hold for over an hour before the call disconnected. I hadn't exchanged any contact information with the customer service rep. I called back in only to sit on hold for another 35 mins. How do I go about exchanging contact information and following up on the issue without being on the phone?

OK, I looked into this and apparently the update is ready, you can update the device then tune the car.

You guys are absolute rockstars! I’ve never seen an issue resolved so quickly. You had mentioned 72 hours but an update was ready within 3 1/2 hours. I’m very impressed with and happy with the tune after taking my car for a spin! I’ll be sure to leave a few great reviews. Thanks for your help, Mike!
