Did I mess something up?

Attempting to tune my RAM 2020 1500 Classic I installed the gateway module and tried to get tuning, but when I enter the tune menu and do the whole turn off the ignition, turn on the ignition, etc but then I get a popup saying factory data received please install a unlocked ECU, I thought the Diablo itune i3 came with the unlocked ECU?

if you got the swap device, you need to go to the site and submit the pcm swap form, so we can send you the unlocked pcm and a return label to send your core back.
