Transmission issue/ high rpm

Post by Diablo300s »

I just bought a used 2010 300s with a t3 platinum tunner. Car has a hell cat 3.06 differential and I have a brand new transmission. I mistakenly rest the custom tune to default setting and now car has high rpm and seems to shift fast up the gears and seems like it’s stuck in third. Is there a way of resetting peramiters to the tune that was on it when they were downloaded? I’m desperately seeking help im clueless with tuning.

I have tried doing that, but it says, "current value out of limitations". I know for a fact it was already programmed for 3.06 gears but when I accidentally reset the setting and now it will not allow me to change from stock gear ratio even though it has the hellcat differential. I tried calling technical support today, but the robot said they were currently in an office meeting. car is currently in limp mode.
