"Tuner Error! Please Call Customer Service." message....

So I deleted the AFM/DOD system on my 2011 Suburban with the 5.3 LC9 engine by using AMS Racing's kit which came with a Diablosport Predator P2. After the physical work was done I plugged the Predator into the vehicle with the ignition off and followed the on screen instructions. At the part where I had to turn the ignition on (without starting the engine) the headlights and dash lights turned off then on again and the tuner then instructs me to turn the ignition off. After I do that the tuner gives the following message..."Tuner Error! Please Call Customer Service." I have called a few times and the customer service person has performed updates and even has retrieved diagnostic files from the tuner but nothing works. Finally the last representative I spoke to said he had to forward the issue to Engineering to have them look into it and that was more than a week ago. I called a few days ago to check and I was told engineering was still working on it. The truck is sitting in the garage and can't be started and I need it to be running. The vehicle was stock and the only reason I did the AFM/DOD delete was due to a collapsed lifter. Does anyone know what's going on with this???? Super frustrating...
