Diablesport i3 — throttle boost inop

Hi. 2004 dodge Ram 5.7. Been using the i3 for years. Plugged in today after 4 yrs in glove box. Throttle boost showed 20% — as I left it years ago. I updated the unit … had two firmware updates. After the updates, I am not able to change throttle boost. The screen for throttle boost comes up, but no matter what I press, it will not change from 0%. Did the new forward updates disable this feature? Thx.

i sold my PEDDLE COMMANDER and bought the i3 platinum with the understanding that i would have complete control over my throttle like with the PC... im not able to increase the throttle what so ever and as i understand the MAX is 20% (which im not sure what that feels like as increase but im guessing not much..) .. so im lookin for a Tune that matches the throttle boost of the PC.. so like +80% of stock throttle response, something like that.. ( on the :diablo tune: w 87 octane 07 charger V6) .. if that could be arranged id be happy w this product right now i am not.. thanks in advance..

20% in the tune is a LOT, those values provided with throttle boosters are arbitrary. if you added 80% to the throttle table you'd be WOT at like 10% throttle.
Id urge you to try it at 20% (we already add 15% in the tunes so thats 35% total) and if it not enough, grab the last tune written file, rename it, copy it back to the i3 drive as a custom tune then add another 20% to it

Ok ill give it a try.. it wont let me increase throttle sensitivity with the tune active (diablo tune) ...so where do i find this tune youre talking about??

how do i do this i cant figure it out, how do i do that rename the file?.... and is the diablo13 platinum able to disable the EGR??

you open the i3 drive on your pc and then the tunes folder, then the folder with your VIN.
In there is a file names last_tune_written.
rename it as _throttle or similar, then save it back to the root of the i3 drive and the device will import it as a custom tune. Once the throttle boost param is fixed, you can add another 20% to that tune.
