Shelby 2013 trinity t1000 software update

i have trinity t1000 when i coonect the device my dashboard went crazy all lights turn on gauges stop working anyways i tried to update my device via the ds downloader and it gave me a serial number to generate a password ut says call diablo sport technician to give you the password i called them they said we dont support this device anymore!
Plz help me if someone face this kind of issue or can someone help me to update my device maybe it will fix the issue am having

if you plug the device into the car and the dash lights up, the cable is likely bad and needs to be replaced.

This is not an issue that updating will resolve.

Is it possible to create an alert for the EGT temperature and have the Trinity cut the power output of the Puck to 1/3 of its present level when the alarm goes off?

The T1000 and Power Pucks have been discontinued for 6-7 years now.
