Initially it worked fine and I was able to get updates via the Update Agent.
Once I tried to install a custom tune, it wouldn't work until the tuner was reset and a forced update was sent. I was able to update once or twice, but after that the Update Agent started giving "Device Error" messages stating that "An item with the same key has already been added."
Now, if I want to update, I have to call and have the tuner reset so I can download or have the update pushed to it.
Out of the box, the WiFi option would fail. Now that it seems to be working the device says there's not enough space to download the update. If that worked then I wouldn't worry about Update Agent error.
Instead of being on the phone for a couple hours every time I need to update this tuner, I'm fine with getting a replacement.
