Hesitation off the Line

Post by titleistmover »

I have an 07 Mustang 4.0 V6 with the Airaid Intake and the Magnaflow Cat Back Dual pipe system. I downloaded the 91 Octane Airaid Performance tune and I am finding a big hesitation off the line. Should I re-program it or try something different. Also, I have been reading some of the posts and I am wondering about a firmer shift. Any suggestions?

Have you removed the venturi in the Airaid.

If you are on the latest revision for this tool then you should have the option of using the firm shift tune for the AirAid. If you still have the hesitation you can email me a copy of the tune that is in the car by exporting the last tune written. That would allow me to see exactly what the Predator is writing to the PCM.

Kevin, thanks for your reply. I don't have the option of using an "Airaid" firmshift tune. Are there intsructions on how to export my tune and e-mail it to you? As for the venturi...should I remove it?
