Wot only goes 3/4

I have a 2017 ram1500 bighorn with the t2 ex Platinum. Motor is 5.7 hemi. I've got a few bolt ones will be adding cam and blower down the road. Question I have is when I go wot I'm only getting 76.2% throttle I noticed once I installed the new PCM the truck was down on power and throttle response now with a tune it's back to normal but still doesn't have the 100% power and take off. What do I do. And why if there is a why. Thanks

most TPS never hit 100%. Usually something like 85% is WOT.

WOT is 3.8V on the TPS. TPS has a 0-5V range, 3.8/5=76%

Ok thanks this is the first time messing with a motorized throttle body. I've always had cable type throttle.
