2018 Ram 1500 PCM swap no start/no crank

so i recently purchased the diablosport intune3 with the pcm swap kit. I installed the new pcm they sent me, followed the directions they sent as well. Finally went to start the truck and got nothing, the security light is blinking now. I tried reinstalling the pcm connections multiple times and still the same thing. So then i go to install the factory pcm and get the same problems. What am i possibly doing wrong?

if it doesn't start with the stock pcm, something is up for sure. Connections are the most obvious answer.
