use the device to read the code and see what it says, and clear it and see if it comes back.

what is the code?
its likely telling you there is an actual issue somewhere.

you have an issue with an O2 sensor that must be dealt with.

I changed the sensors and the light came back on I'm wondered I run the car on 98 fuel if this has something to do with this problem it run fine for 2 years before the update.

could be a harness issue, heater control, best to properly diagnose rather than replace. I assume you are in europe? 98 is fine.
