Struggling with this Pred2

Tuning a 2013 SRT8 Challenger.

I pulled the Pred out of the box, Ran an update. it downloaded and installed the update without issue. I then hooked it up to the car, read 1 and 2 files and said it needed an update. Plugged it back into the computer (windows based) and ran the update wizard. it came back and said non supported and an email was sent to diablo sport. when trying to read the files again on the challenger, it puts me in the same cycle. It is requesting an update, but the update tool shows it is up to date. Did i just buy a paper weight? My search to disable the MDS without opening the motor goes on....

its telling you that your specific calibrations are not supported. it uploaded copies of the files it read to our server so our team could add tunes. once that's done you'll get an email letting you know the update is ready, then you update and will be able to tune.
