Can't unmarry i3

Several months back I bought Intune i3 for my 2009 Jeep WK 5.7, and everything worked fine.

2 weeks ago, I replaced my PCM with a newer revision one, got someone to get it running with my VIN (It now shows both original and current VINs as my original PCM), and everything went fine.

Then I tried to tune it with my Intune i3 (it is married to the VIN, right?), but it showed "Vehicle is currentluy not supported". Updated everything, but no change.

After some reading here and there, I realised that probably I must first unmarry it from my old PCM, and marry it to the replacement one (despite the same VIN is programmed in both). I hooked up my old PCM to my car, but I've got the same message.

Please tell me where the problem is.

it has to match the vin and calibration. You should give us a call to have the device reset to start fresh with the new pcm. 561-908-0040

A call will be a problem. I am from Bullgaria and there is much to be desired from my spoken english.

Can we do it writing on Viber/Whatsapp/Telegram/Skype?

purchase a license through the update agent software or by calling in, 561-908-004 with the device powered up.
