T2 will not update and software will not load

Software to do the updates will not load on the computer. Using wifi option on the T2, it will time out and will not update. Whats the deal?

you try to launch update agent and it wont run?

PC. But when I called I was told I don’t need it

try uninstalling it and reinstalling it?
wifi is an option as well.
