stuck at diablosport logo

I just updated my bran new t2 and it wont get past the start up logo screen. i downloaded the device tool to try and updated again and it displays it is now up to date but missing the application-gui and databases-gui it is still displaying the drive on my pc and i have access to the files but the device its self will not boot up to the home screen to use the features is there a way to redownload the gui files or factory reset the device ?
