Predator 2 not communicating

Tried following the directions, module says, “Turn Ignition On.” I do. “Is the ignition on?” Yes, it is. “Is this the same vehicle as previously connected to tuner?” If I say yes, it resets the tuner and says to call customer service. If I say no, it resets the tuner and starts the whole process over again.

I opted to buy this thing as opposed to a bench tune from a local tuning shop, and I’m about to the point of regret. I’ve called customer service multiple times and tried to troubleshoot, they keep blaming my car. Dude, I have 2 other devices that will communicate just fine for diagnostic and monitoring. What is the PROBLEM?
