Currently, I have Hummer H2 6.0L that's sluggish in it old skin and in the near future plan to upgrade the heartbeat of an 6.2L Blueprint GM LS Truck Compatible 376 c.i. ProSeries Engine - 495 HP - Base Dressed - Fuel Injected
SKU: PSLS3762CTF.

When I purchase DiabloSport Trinity 2 EX Platinum Performance Programmer 9245, will I have to purchase a license for engine swap? Would like to enjoy enhancements prior to upgrade.

no, the tuner will not know you swapped the engine. Once its swapped, you'll likely want a custom tune to fully optimize the 6.2
