Have 2017 Mustang GT that we are trying to tune, It says that tuning is not available for this vehicle. Ck for updates. I proceed to use the update agent and it comes up with error code. I have sent a screenshot of the hexadecimal error code. What's the next step? Thanks in advance!

where did you send the screenshot?
can you post the info.xml file from the device please?
