Custom tuning with i3 50 state version

I need help I didn't realize I purchase a California compliant tuner when I live in utah in a town that doesn't require emissions, I've been trying for days to install a custom email tune for the past 2 days no luck, customer service at Holly's will NOT awnser their phones, is there any kind of software that I can download to basically convert my i3 into the i3 platnum ? Or any kind of work around it ?

Hi again, I keep getting code P0128, about once a week or so. I have a HHP 180 tstat, is there anyway to clear this code permanently? I don’t see anywhere to adjust fan speed settings like on my previous Diablosport
