Buying a Used Diablosport Intune i3

Buying a used Diablosport Intune i3 tuner and have a few questions :

1) How can I be sure its not "Locked" to another vehicle?

3) Where is the Part number shown on the unit? (I saw that it should be the "8100" or "8145" I think, is that correct?)

4) In the future, where can I get custom tunes for this unit?

tool info menu inthe ? on top of home screen, licensed will say 0/1, if its 1/1 its locked.

get me the 9 digit serial off the stocker on the back and I can confirm the sku.

4) In the future, where can I get custom tunes for this unit?
southern speed, Bama, etc.
