U7191 keeps shutting itself off

I've had this about a year and a half. Its making data logs impossible to do. Any ideas on how to fix this? Do I need to send it back?

If you mean it freezes up, sure, fill out an rma request and be specific about the issue, and we'll check it out.

Its more like it resets itself if you move it. Its weird. I'll fill out a rma request. Thanks!
