Original backup overwritten from custom tune

Post by tjarnagin »

I have an intune i2. I had a custom pcm and tcm tune already applied. I went to load new tunes and the tool froze so I rebooted. The tool said in recovery mode and I clicked yes to continue. The tool then read and created backups like when using the tool for the first time. I believe this means my stock tunes are gone and the backups are actually the custom tunes. I do have the real stock original backups on my pc. Is there a way to get my saved backups on to the tool so I can put back to stock if I need to?

if it went through recovery, it restored the backups.

The reads would be of the stock files.

If it reads files that were loaded by our devices as backups, it will not let you use them and ask you to contact us or prompt you to do an update to reload stock files.
