How to modify built in trinity tunes

Afternoon all..
I have the older style trinity and have come to realize that if i install the 91 oct tune,it changes some of the modified stock tune....

How do i modify the 91 perf tune but keep the modified stock tune options such as cooling fan temps,throttle boost and remove the mds bs?
Seems im running the 91 tune or modded stock tune.

simply select the 91 tune then select modify tune and make any changes you wish, then install it.
