New DiabloSport Trinity EX Platinum question

Just received my cross ship PCM last night and trying to start from the basics of getting the OEM configuration info prior to swapping the PCM's.

Tuner goes through the basic steps of turn to run yada yada yad, but fails to read OEM PCM configuration and goes into a reboot. This repeatable and can't get past that.

The tuner did read the TCM and save the backup without a hitch.

The tuner was updated when received 4 days ago, per the instructions, then said I had more updates this AM. Updates completed as directed.

Please advise, as clock is now ticking to return the OEM PCM.

Vehicle is a '16 Ram 1500 5.7 4x4

Update:

So, after typing the original post, took tuner back out to truck, plugged it back in and low and behold, it went right thru everything as it should. Swapped OEM PCM with the new unlocked one and did a 91 tune without a hitch.

Almost like it knew I was ratting it out. LOL.

Thanx any way. OEM is being sent back to Diablo as required and unlocked seems to be doing fine after a quick spin and no fault codes.

So far quite pleased with the tuner except for it being sneaky.....HAHAHA
