Traction control stuck?

I tuned traction control off with the switch on the diablo but now after cycling the key its stuck on and has been for a day any help would be nice it seems to be in like a limp mode with the traction control off

the switch in the tool only turns it off for one key cycle, can have a custom tune made to disable it permanently if desired.
