New DiabloSport Trinity EX Platinum question

Just received my cross ship PCM last night and trying to start from the basics of getting the OEM configuration info prior to swapping the PCM's.

Tuner goes through the basic steps of turn to run yada yada yad, but fails to read OEM PCM configuration and goes into a reboot. This repeatable and can't get past that.

The tuner did read the TCM and save the backup without a hitch.

The tuner was updated when received 4 days ago, per the instructions, then said I had more updates this AM. Updates completed as directed.

Please advise, as clock is now ticking to return the OEM PCM.

did you install the bypass module assuming 18/19 or newer?

No need, it's a 2016

My only other guess is to check the PCM connectors to make sure they are firmly seated.
does the car run on the unlocked pcm?
