Registration and Update Error

Hi Team,
Just received my intune i3. Have hooked it up to the computer and installed the ignition update agent 1.0.
Update agent lands on this screen and then returns this error when I enter details.

Similarly if I try and update the device using wifi this is the error shown on screen also.

I am assuming I need to register the device in order to be able to update it for my vehicle, however registration doesn't seem to work either.

Vehicle is a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

are you trying to update vis wifi to get that error on the i3?
And you cant log in or cant create an account on Update Agent?
