Trinity t2 ex

Post by stoopidslow5.7 »

I have a 2019 dodge charger and Im having issues with my tuner. I installed the new pcm and followed everything to a T. When I try and tune the car it gives me a "failure has occurred, failure log created" then it will get stuck on the "backing up factory pcm" loading screen. It does this almost immediately when I try to tune the vehicle. When I plug it into my computer to find the failure log I have no logs on file at all. Any ideas?

I have a Predator 2 that I just bought for my Ram 2014 1500 Sport Quad. The device loaded my vehicle stats and started to download the tune I selected then prompted me to contact customer care. Of course they are closed. Any Suggestions?
